Cosmetologist Instructor

Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will have a current California State Cosmetology License and a minimum of 2+ years industry experience.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• The ability to provide ongoing student support and encouragement.
• Skilled in team building and creating a positive work and learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Explain, demonstrate and instruct the Cinta Aveda Institute methodology and terminology.
• Understand and show competency and confidence in the Cinta Aveda Institute curriculum.
• Ensure classroom and clinic floor protocols and standards are maintained.
• Maintain a healthy and positive internal culture that is committed to cooperation and growth.
