Hair Stylist / Barbers for Kids

Responsibilities

• Provide hair styling services to clients (kids), including cutting, and styling hair
• Consult clients (parents) about the desired hair style
• Keep their workstations clean and organized
• Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and process payments accurately
• Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and customer service

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a hair stylist / barber, with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
• Be patient and comfortable working with kids
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong retail sales skills and ability to upsell products and services
