We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client needs.
• Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Provide expert advice on hair care products and recommend retail sales to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
• Assist with front desk operations as needed, including greeting clients and managing check-ins/check-outs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and addressing any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and threading techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques; experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and threading is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus; ability to effectively promote products and services.
• Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Experience:

Stylist/Colorist: 2 years (Preferred)

Post Training: 2 years (Preferred)
