As an Esthetician, you will utilize your expertise to enhance the beauty and confidence of our guests through various treatments and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services, mainly facials, eyelash extensions, and other treatments.
• Speak spanish
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage salon software for scheduling appointments, tracking client preferences, and maintaining accurate records.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.

• Familiarity with body sculpting techniques .
• Ability to effectively sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in salon software for appointment management is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
