Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in San Jose, CA.
• The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market analyses, and creating customized strategies to meet client needs.
• Additional duties include scheduling and conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• The role also requires proactive lead generation and keeping up-to-date with local market trends.

Qualifications

• Real estate expertise, including buying, selling, renting processes, and local market knowledge
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and provide exceptional customer service
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• A current real estate license in the state of California
• Proficiency in technology tools utilized in real estate, such as CRMs and MLS platforms
• Positive attitude with a drive for building a successful real estate career
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is a plus but not required
