Full job description

We’re looking for a few happy energetic stylists to join our fun team. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a Kid friendly Family salon for both kids and adults. We are looking for amazing stylists to join our team who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, an upbeat, positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet and engage all guests in conversation.

Hair Stylist Compensation:

• Base pay + Commissions + Bonus + great tips
• Retirement: 401K

• Hair Stylist Responsibility:
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon.
• Taking appointments and operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
• Ability to work with kids.
• Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling.
• Hair Stylist Qualification:
• Current Cosmetology license for this state.
• Two year’s experience preferred
