Deka Lash is the fastest-growing brand in the beauty industry and we are IMMEDIATELY hiring Lash Artists at our signature studio in downtown Fremont. These positions require a current California esthetician or cosmetologist license.

Responsibilities

• Learning and following Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service, and customer relations
• Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
• Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations
• Educating clients on all Deka Lash services and the best way to care for their extensions
• Building relationships with clients, selling products to ensure lash retention, and converting clients to members
• Checking clients in and out and engaging customers with world-class customer service
• Following all sanitation protocols and standards, ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements

• Currently licensed in California as an Esthetician (Aesthetician) or Cosmetologist
• Passionate about lashing and taking care of customers
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Strong work ethic and integrity
