Job description
At IT Cosmetics, it is our mission to make the world more beautiful through our products, through our actions and through our belief that everyone is beautiful and deserves to feel their most beautiful. We work with plastic surgeons and dermatologists to create skin-loving products that deliver real results. We exist to empower you to feel your most confident. In this role, you will be spreading our mission and the love for IT Cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class shopper experience to attract and retain customers
- Build strong relationships with store management and associates within multiple retail locations
- Achieve “sales per hour” and “items per transaction” goals
- Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics
Job Qualifications:
- You possess a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Passion for beauty
- General knowledge of skincare and makeup ingredients and application (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate patience
- Ability to provide best-in-class customer experience.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve customer concerns
- Ability to work as a team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to stand for 4 hours or more
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including night, weekend and/or holiday shifts.
