Cryotherapy Technician

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Cryoskin Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various fitness, beauty, and wellness services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality treatments. Duties

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, and goals.
• Front Desk Management: Assist with customer check-in, scheduling, payment processing, and support as needed. Must be able to operate our point of sale and other systems.
• Treatment Administration: Administer Center treatments to members and guests (Whole Body Cryotherapy Chamber, Targeted Localized Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Normatec, Theragun massage, PEMF, Infrared Sauna, Hydromassage), according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Client Education: Educate clients about the benefits of cryotherapy and other Center services, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Cleanliness, Safety, and Hygiene: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to strict cleaning and sterilization protocols. Maintain the cleanliness of the Center and do laundry, as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client treatments and sessions
• Sales and Promotion: Promote cryotherapy and Cryoskin services, memberships, and packages
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service within the fitness, health, beauty or wellness industry
• Experience using Mindbody software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers quickly
